“If you consistently cushion yourself against everything sharp, you too will become dull.”
Who am I?
My name is Taylor Drummond. I live with my wife Emily in the same small town in south eastern PA that we both grew up in. I have a B.A. in Biblical & Religious Studies as well as a minor in Classical Studies from Grove City College and am currently pursuing an M.Div. from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia.
I grew up in a Christian home and attended a non-denominational church through high school. I am now the Youth Director at Indian Valley Faith Fellowship church.
What I Believe
My formal theological training is Reformed and Presbyterian, but my personal beliefs are Reformed and Baptist – although I do not have any formal ties to a Reformed Baptist denomination. I am very Calvinistic in my soteriology.
My thinking has been influenced by many people, some of them are: John Piper, Jonathan Edwards, Wayne Grudem, James White, T. David Gordon, James Bibza, Paul Schaefer, Bruce Ware, John MacArthur, Gregory Beale, J. R. R. Tolkien, C. S. Lewis, G. K. Chesterton, and Neil Postman.
I enjoy reading, writing, camping, hiking, blacksmithing, playing guitar, and listening to beautiful music.
